John Bolduc

John has more than fifteen years experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and strategic consulting. John has led or participated in more than 50 successful middle market transactions with a combined aggregate value of more than $1 billion.

John joined H.I.G. Capital as a Managing Director in 1993. He is responsible for investment origination, transaction negotiation, and portfolio company oversight. John currently serves on the board of directors of several public and privately held companies.

Prior to joining H.I.G. Capital, John was at the management-consulting firm of Bain & Company, a leading worldwide management-consulting firm, where he directed domestic and international assignments for Fortune 500 clients. His assignments focused on distribution strategy, manufacturing effectiveness and organizational design across a wide variety of industries. This followed three years as the Assistant to the President of Chemed Corporation, (CHE, NYSE), a $500 million specialty chemical company.

John earned his M.B.A. from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business Administration and is a graduate of Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
