Bayside does not, however, invest in start-up enterprises, real estate ventures, or project finance. Bayside focuses on companies with substantial operations in the United States and Canada.
Bayside seeks to purchase a controlling interest in its portfolio companies, but will consider attractive minority investments. Bayside will purchase all types of securities which may be associated with a recapitalization of the business including equity, debt and other forms of claims. In addition, we provide Debtor-In-Possession (DIP) financing.
Bayside specializes in assisting companies to overcome financial or operational challenges. We have extensive experience in out-of-court restructurings, plans of reorganization, bankruptcy sales, DIP financings and related transactions.
